You start a walk carrying the weight of the world... and somewhere between step 500 and 2000, things just feel a little lighter!

Walking with others adds another powerful dimension; sharing a walk creates a sense of belonging  and support. You'll find that conversations flow more easily side-by-side than face-to-face, making it easier to connect, share or simply enjoy each other's company. we walk along the waterfront in Portarlington, and whether it’s sunny or a little rainy, the walks will go ahead as scheduled, providing a continuous chance to get moving! Just make sure to prepare accordingly.
